INTRODUCTION
From the roads we drive on to the schools our children attend and Housing estates put in-place for the prople, Governor Dapo Abiodun’s administration has chosen action over rhetoric. In Ogun State, the strides are visible, and they are speaking for the Governor.

INFRASTRUCTURE – CONNECTING THE GATEWAY
The DA-led government has prioritized connectivity to drive commerce and ease movement.

FACTS & FIGURES:

1. Over 600km of roads across the 3 Senatorial Districts reconstructed and rehabilitated.
2. Agbara-Atan-Lusada Road: Ongoing reconstruction to unlock the Agbara industrial axis.
3. Kajola Inland Dry Port: Gateway to decongest Lagos ports and position Ogun as a logistics hub.
4. Gateway City Gates in 4 locations to redefine the entrance to the state.

EDUCATION & HUMAN CAPITAL – INVESTING IN THE FUTURE
The administration believes the future of Ogun will be built in classrooms and tech hubs.

FACTS & FIGURES:

1. Recruitment of over 5,000 teachers to bridge manpower gaps in public schools.
2. Renovation of over 1,000 classrooms and provision of learning materials across the state.
3. Ogun Tech Hub: Supporting over 2,000 youths in tech, digital skills, and entrepreneurship.
4. Payment of bursaries and scholarships to Ogun students in tertiary institutions.

ECONOMY & SECURITY – STABILITY FOR PROSPERITY
A stable state attracts investors. A secure state protects its people.

FACTS & FIGURES:

1. Ogun is now Nigeria’s No.1 Investment Destination with over $2.5 Billion in FDI attracted.
2. Support for over 100,000 MSMEs through grants, loans, and business development programs.
3. Strengthening of Amotekun Corps and provision of patrol vehicles to secure farms and communities.
4. Regular payment of salaries and pensions to boost morale of civil servants.

THE VOICE OGUN NEEDS
Leadership is a continuum. Experience that has delivered at the state level is an asset the nation can ill-afford to waste.
As these strides continue to speak for themselves, Ogun people have a unique opportunity to deploy this tested capacity for broader service. Giving him the platform to serve at the Senate will ensure that the Gateway’s voice is heard louder in the chambers where national decisions are made — for the good of our state and for the good of humanity.

CONCLUSION:
Dapo Abiodun has shown that governance can be measured, not just promised. His strides across Ogun State have given him a voice that is clear, credible, and consequential. As we look to the future, Ogun must send its best to represent us where it matters most. His strides have spoken for Ogun. Now is the time for his voice to speak for Nigeria.
