Presidential Media Chat Holds on Sunday
Nigerian President, Goodluck Jonathan will on Sunday hold his seventh Presidential Media Chat since being sworn into office in May 2011.
According to the President’s media man, Dr Reuben Abati, the programme, to be aired live on various radio and TV stations, holds by 7:00 p.m.
During the programme, President Jonathan will respond to questions from a panel of journalists and media executives on current national issues and developments.
Issues on security situation in various parts of the country, particularly the north, are expected to be the main focus of the chat.
The kidnap of the over 200 girls from a secondary school in Chibok, Borno State is also expected to be a major issue as well as the World Economic Forum which holds in Abuja next week.
Members of the public, who have particular issues, and would like President Jonathan to address, were asked to send their questions via twitter to @mediachatng1.
