Ogun sacks commissioner

Ogun State Government has announced the immediate removal of the Commissioner IV in the State Civil Service Commission, Mr. Ebenezer Oluwole Olubena for misconduct and in accordance with the extant laws.

This development was announced in a statement issued today (Wednesday) by the Secretary to the Government, Barrister Taiwo Adeolu.

The statement reads: “Ogun State Government has announced the immediate removal of the Commissioner IV in the Civil Service Commission, Mr Ebenezer Oluwole Olubena for misconduct and in accordance with the extant laws.

“Consequent upon this, Mr. Olubena is hereby directed to hand over all government property and documents in his possession to the Permanent Secretary at the Commission immediately”.
