Negredo to miss Few Months due to FracturedToe

Manchester City striker, Alvaro Negredo has confirmed he will be out of action for the next few months after suffering a foot fracture.
The Spaniard had injured himself during City’s pre-season win over Hearts on Friday. He revealed the true extent of the injury via his instagram account.
“I want to let you know that its going to be hard for the next few months, I fractured my 5th metatarsal and will be out a few months. I will be back stronger than ever,” he wrote.
The 28-year-old scored 23 goals for the Premier League champions last season, he has also been linked with a move to Spain. He used the social medium to put an end to the rumours.
He said:“I don’t want to leave City,I’m very happy and very settled here. I had a difficult end to the season and that’s why there has been a lot of talking but I’ve been very happy here from the first day I arrived.”
