Wizkid, Wande Coal to Perform at Diamond Bank’s NUGA Closing Ceremony Concert
Diamond Bank Plc, Lead Sponsor of the 24th edition of the NUGA Games, is set to excite students as the closing ceremony of the Games is scheduled to have a concert featuring WizKid, Wande Coal, Limpopo crooner –Kaycee; and R & B musician -Banky W as 
part of the event.
The Bank earlier launched its Student With A Goal (S.W.A.G) Account at the Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile-Ife, venue of this year’s on-going National Universities Games Association (NUGA) games to target Nigerian youths and help them achieve their financial goals with the right support.
According to the Bank’s officials, there have been very encouraging disposition from students towards the S.W.A.G Account.
Head, Youths and School Banking Propositions at the Bank and co-ordinator for the Diamond Center at the NUGA Games, Victor Nwagwu, said, “In just two hours that we started operations here at the NUGA, we have recorded over a hundred accounts opened and funded and more are expected before the close of work as many of the students are making efforts to conclude with the account opening requirements. The responses are quite encouraging”.
Nwagwu further explained that all one needs to open the S.W.A.G Account is to complete the account opening form, attach a student ID/NYSC ID and one passport photograph.
The bank also went a step further by recruiting some interested students Direct Sales Executives to effectively drive the sales of Diamond S.W.A.G among the youths.
Benefits of the account include a zero Naira account opening balance and the opportunity of getting N1, 500 call credit upon referring five people to subscribe to the account.
