With Suspect in Custody, Police Continue Oneida Homicide Probe
Police say they have a suspect in custody in connection with the death of an Oneida woman.
Tiffany Weeks, 32, was found strangled in her North Lake Street home Tuesday afternoon, according to police.
People in the community who knew Meeks say they’re still in shock.
“She was very quiet, didn’t even know she was home half the time,” said Kym Snyder. “Why anyone would do this to her?”
Police say the suspect is currently in custody on unrelated charges. They expect to file charges related to the homicide once their investigation is complete. (TWC News)
