Traffic Advisory For Lagosians
This is to inform the general public that traffic would be diverted due to rehabilitation of expansion joint on Ejigbo – Egbe bridge commencing from the 19th to the 29th of November 2016. Therefore, the general public is advised to use the provided alternative routes.
Alternative route for motorists en-route Jakande from Ikotun
• Motorists from Ikotun-Idimu road through Isheri-Oshun road to Jakande gate for onward journey.
• Motorists from Ikotun-Idimu road/Igando/Egbe road use Ijegun-Ikotun road to Isheri-Oshun road through Ailegun road back to Egbe road.
• Motorists from Ikotun-Idimu/Igando/Egbe road use Idimu road to Ejigbo/NNPC road
• Motorists from Ikotun-Idimu /Igando/Egbe road use Idimu road through Fadu avenue (bad state) to Egbe road (Iyana Ejigbo)
Alternative route for motorists en-route Ikotun from Jakande
• Motorists from Egbe road (from) use Jakande gate through Isheri-Oshun road to Ijegun-Ikotun road to Ikotun
• Motorists from Egbe road through NNPC/Ejigbo road through Idimu road to Ikotun-Idimu road to Ikotun-Idimu
• Motorists from Egbe road to Aillegun road to Isheri-Oshun road to Ijegun-Ikotunnroad to Ikotun-Idimu
• Motorists from Egbe road to use Liasu road through Ikotun-Idimu road to Ikotun-Idimu Ikotun-Idimu.
• Motorists from Egbe road use Ifoshird by Iyana Ejigbo through Fadu to Idimu road
Motorists are further advised to follow the erected directional signs as LASTMA would be on ground to manage traffic through the designated alternative routes.
