The Africa Champions trained at the University of Calabar Sports complex in the morning and the UJ Esuene Stadium (Saturday’s match venue) later in the evening.

It was gathered that the evening session dwelt more on tactical play as the coach strategised on sealing a world cup place for Nigeria at Brazil 2014 as they have a 2-1 aggregate against the Ethiopians and are favourites to win the match.

The Ethiopia’s Walya Antelopes flew into Calabar from Addis Ababa aboard a chartered aircraft on Thursday; and all arrangements have been made for the team at its preferred Channel View Hotel, while the NFF has perfected security, transport and other necessary arrangements for the visitors.

The crucial match will be officiated by Gambian referee, Bakary Papa Gassama.
