Seven rescued in collapsed building

National Emergency Management Agency, South West Zone and Lagos State Fire Service rescued some occupants of a collapsed building at Lekki in the early hours of today.
So far four casualties have been recorded while seven people have been rescued.
According to NigerianEcho correspondent several others are still trapped in the building including a nursing mother.
They have been putting calls across to their relatives seeking for help.
The spokesperson for National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) South West Zone, Ibrahim Faronloye, said they would not relent in their efforts until others still trapped in the collapsed building are rescued
Also, the Director of the Lagos State Fire Service,Rasak Fadipe, said search and rescue operation is ongoing.
