Senator Bindow Promises to Return Adamawa state to Its Glory Days if Elected
The Adamawa state governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congresss, Senator Bindow Umaru Jibrilla has said his leadership will be one that will work for the overall development of the state if elected on Saturday.
Senator Bindow was speaking during a campaign rally in Mubi, his hometown when he made the promise. He also noted that the state is lagging behind others in all areas and needed a credible leader in power. He said he would ensure total transformation of the state,if elected
Bindow, who will face PDP candidate and acting governor, Ahmadu Fintiri in the election, also urged his supporters to shun all forms of political thuggery ahead of the election.
Chairperson of the state’s chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Binta Masi Garba, called on the party member and supporters to ensure they go out en-masse to vote for the candidate of the party and also monitor the collation and counting of their votes.
