Reps Postpone Security Summit In Honour Of COAS
The House of Representatives has announced the postponement of its security summit that was scheduled to hold from Monday, May 24, 2021.
The announcement was contained in a statement released on Sunday by the Clerk of the House, Chinedu Akubueze, which revealed that the meeting was postponed in honour of the late Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Ibrahim Attahiru and 10 other military personnel who died in a plane crash in Kaduna on Friday.
The statement then unveiled the new date for the security summit, adding that the House of Representatives also shares in the sorrow of the families left behind by the late officers.
