President Jonathan Appoints Obanikoro as Minister of State for Foreign Affairs
President Goodluck Jonathan has inaugurated Senator Musiliu Obanikoro and seven others as ministers.
President Jonathan, on wednesday, assigned portfolios to the embattled Senator Musiliu Obanikoro who is now the Minister of State, Foreign Affairs II.
Kenneth Kobani has been named as the Minister of State, Industry, Trade and Investment; Senator Patricia Akwashiki is now the Minister of Information; Prof. Nicholas Ada is the Minister of State, Foreign Affairs I; Col. Augustine Akobundu (retd.) Is the Minister of State, Defence; Mr. Fidelis Nwankwo is the Minister of State for Health while Hauwa Bappa is the Minister of State, Niger Delta Affairs and Senator Joel Ikenya is the Minister of Labour and Productivity.
The President also approved the appointment of Samuel Ogungbesan to replace Alhaji Kabiru Mashi as Acting Executive Chairman of the Federal Inland Revenue Service.
