Oye, Maku appointed APGA National Chairman, National Secretary

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) has elected Dr Okechukwu Oye as its new National Chairman and Labaran Maku as the new National Secretary during its convention held at the Women Development Centre, in Awka.

Chief Uche Okagbuo and Alhaji Abubakar Adamu were also elected national deputy chairmen of the party in the South and North regions respectively while the outgoing chairman of the party in Anambra state, Chief Mike Kwentoh was appointed as the new National Organising Secretary of the party.

The outgoing National chairman of the party, Chief Victor Umeh expressed his gratitude to the members of the party for their support during his tenure and encouraged the new executives to maintain the stability of the party.

The new National Chairman, in his acceptance speech, promised that the new leadership would work towards making APGA the most formidable and purposeful force in Nigerian political landscape.
