Ogun APC Wishes New Minister Of Mines & Steel Development, ARCH. Olamilekan Adegbite, Sucessful Tenure Of Office
Ogun State Chapter of All Progressives Congress (APC) has sent a goodwill message to the newly appointed Minister of Mines and Steel Development, Architect Abdulhakeem Olamilekan Adegbite, wishing him a successful tenure of office.
In a press release issued and personally signed by the Chairman of APC in Ogun State, Chief Derin Adebiyi, the party prayed that the abundance God’s grace will abide with him, while the mercy of God will proceed before him in his new assignment.
Adebiyi stated: “The gentleman minister is a loyal member of our great party in Ogun State. We are proud of him. Beyond party politicking, he is well qualified for the job, and we can only pray for him to experience a successful tenure of office.
“God will grant him wisdom, good health and strength while in office. He will not falter, fall or fail. With his inauguration today, he is starting on a good note, and we believe he will end well and will not disappoint the people of Ogun State.”
Adebiyi used the opportunity to make a reference to the excellence performance of Architect Adegbite while in office as the immediate past Commissioner for Works in Ogun State, saying that with his administrative acumen there was no doubt that he will excel again at the Federal level.
He asked the newly appointed minister to redouble his efforts, be a good ambassador and go about his duties with the same sincerity of purpose that made him to outperform when he served under the Senator Ibikunle Amosun-led administration in Ogun State.
He also stated that the post demands absolute loyalty to President Muhammadu Buhari, urging him to cooperate with his colleagues in the cabinet to ensure the successful implementation of the ‘next level’ agenda of the APC government
