Nigeria Is Now No.33 In The New FIFA World Ranking

Nigeria has risen up 3 places in the October FIFA World ranking released Wednesday to be number 33 in the world and number 4 in Africa behind Cote d’ivoire, Ghana and Algeria who ranked nymbers 17,23 and 32 respectively.
The world ranking is headed by Spain,who were also no 1 last month,Germany,now no 2 and Argentina is placed number 3.
Colombia,Belgium and Uruguay make numbers 4,5 and 6 spots respectively while Switzerland,Netherlands,Italy and England complete the top 10 countries.
In African countries ranking,Mali and the Cape Verde islands,placed nos 41 and 42 in the world are 5th and 6th. Numbers 47,51 and 52 in the world, Tunisia,Egypt and Burkina Faso rank nos 7,8 and 9 respectively in Africa while 59th place Cameroon is no 10 in Africa.
