NFF General Assembly to hold in Warri
The Nigeria Football Federation [NFF] general assembly scheduled for August 26 in Abuja will now hold on a new date in Warri, Delta State
A source close to the NFF revealed that the Federation chose Warri because it is a neutral ground, saying:
“The Congress will hold in Warri, it is a neutral ground for us all.
The board will meet again to chose a date, but I can confirm to you that it will not hold anymore in Abuja and the date shifted.”
The federation decided to move its general assembly date so as to make firm plans and ensure the elections are free and fair.
