Nani Reveals Hopes to Return to Old Trafford after Loan Spell
Portuguese player, Nani has stated that although he is still a Manchester United player on loan at Sporting Lisbon, he does not know what the future holds for him.
While giving an interview after Sporting’s 0-1 defeat to Chelsea on Tuesday, Nani said he believes his loan spell is a short term situation, and he hopes for a return to his parent club.
Nani was sent on loan to the Lisbon club by new United boss Louis van Gaal in the summer, where he was originally signed from by United back in 2007.
He said: “At the moment I’m a Manchester United player, I’m here to enjoy my football and get back to my best; then in the future we’ll see.”
