Hon. Abdulrazak Momoh (PDP Etsako-West 1) has said that his purported signature on the impeachment notice against the Deputy speaker, Mr. Festus Ebea, (APC Esan South-East) was forged.

Hon. Momoh stated this at the House complex on Wednesday.

According to him, his signature in the purported impeachment notice against the Deputy Speaker was forged and described issue as an “embarrassment” to him.

He disclosed that he did not sign any impeachment notice neither did he attend any meeting with APC lawmakers where the impeachment notice was signed.

He therefore solicited the assistance of the assembly to ensure that APC lawmakers who claimed that he signed the impeachment notice were brought to book.

An impeachment notice was served the House Deputy Speaker and in the notice the signature of Hon. Momoh was among those who signed it.
