Minister Congratulates Oladele As He Emerges Acting Chairman of the Federal Character Commission
Hon. Kayode Oladele, a seasoned legal practitioner, human rights advocate and former Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Financial Crimes, has emerged the acting Chairman of the Federal Character Commission (FCC). Before this new appointment, Oladele was the Federal Commissioner representing Ogun State at the FCC. This development has been met with widespread commendation and among those that have applauded this appointment is the Minister of State for Health and Social Welfare, Dr. Iziaq Adekunle Salako,

I pray that God Almighty grant you wisdom and the enablement to navigate further in life with this new challenge for the betterment of our country.”
The Minister said Oladele has consistently distinguished himself as a man of vision, integrity, and accountability adding that his track record in public service, marked by diligence, intellectual depth, and patriotism, makes him eminently qualified to steer the affairs of the Commission at this time.
According to the Minister, Oladele’s elevation to this critical national role marks a pivotal moment for both Ogun State and Nigeria at large, as he brings to the position a legacy of principled leadership, unwavering dedication to equity, and a deep understanding of constitutional governance.
The Federal Character Commission, established to ensure fair and equitable representation of Nigeria’s diverse population in public institutions, plays a central role in promoting national cohesion and unity.
