Manchester United’s New Acquisition out for a Month with Hamstring Injury
Manchester United’s new signing, Luke Shaw has pulled his hamstring and will be out of action for a month.
Manager, Louis van Gaal had earlier criticised the fitness levels of the 19-year-old, claiming that he had returned from England’s World Cup campaign out of shape.
Shaw agreed with him and looked to work harder to get his fit form back, saying: “Obviously I have seen that, and it’s something I totally agree with. To play in this formation you have to be really fit. I am fit but I am not at the high level he demands.”
The Left-back was with Southhampton since 2011 before moving to Old Trafford for a fee of £30million.
