Manchester United keen on Bayern’s Kroos
After awarding Wayne Rooney a new £300k-per-week contract, Manchester United are prepared to offer similarly massive terms to tempt Bayern Munich’s Toni Kroos to join in the summer.
The German midfielder who earns much less at his current club, is asking for a raise but the UEFA Champions are not willing to offer him such lucrative terms.
The 24-year-old has been one of Europe’s best midfielders for a few seasons and was outstanding against Arsenal in the Champion
s League last week as he ran the show with his excellent technical ability, and his crisp, zipped passes; and capped off his wonderful performance with the first goal of the match.
