Mama Awolowo: Saraki’s Wife Condoles With Mrs Osinbajo, family

Wife of the Nigeria’s Senate President, Mrs. Toyin Saraki, has expressed her condolences to Her Excellency, Mrs. Oludolapo Osinbajo, wife of Nigeria’s Vice President, and the Awolowo family, on the passage to glory of their mother, grandmother and matriarch, Madam Hannah Idowu Dideolu Awolowo, fondly known as Mama HID Awolowo, widow of the late sage, Chief Obafemi Awolowo.
The condolence was contained in a Press Release personally signed by her as the Founder and President, Wellbeing Foundation Africa .
According to the release, Mrs Saraki, while paying tribute to the life and times of the late matriarch, stated: “Truly, Mama lived a fruitful, fulfilled and distinguished life, as a genuine embodiment of Proverbs 31:10-31, “The woman to be admired and praised is the woman who lives in the fear of God,”
Mrs Saraki offered her prayers for the heavenly repose of the deceased matriarch, and grace for the Awolowo family and all those who mourn her loss.
