Loic Remy Bent on Making Liverpool Regret not Signing Him
New Chelsea signing Loic Remy, has said he will do all he can to break through to the club’s first team and also prove Liverpool wrong for not signing him.
The striker had been very close to completing a move from Queens Park Rangers to the Reds, but due to an anomaly in the wall of his heart that was discovered during his medicals, the move fell through.
He said:“I did not understand Liverpool’s decision. It was not very honest from their side. I was not scared. I know exactly what I have, I met all the specialists in the world. A lot of players share the same situation as mine and Liverpool know it.
“I am proud to wear the Chelsea shirt. There is a coach there able to help my progression. It’s the ideal team for me,” he added. “I know I am not in the starting eleven but nothing is fixed. When you want it, you are able to do it.”
