Labour Party will not Adopt other Party’s Candidates in 2015
The acting Chairman of the Lagos State chapter of the Labour Party, Dr. Rotimi Olulana, has insisted the party will not give its presidential slot to the Peoples Democratic Party in the 2015 General Elections like it did in 2011 when it adopted President Goodluck Jonathan as its presidential candidate.
While unveiling the party’s candidates in Lagos, Olulana disclosed that the party would contest all elective positions in 2015.because the members believed they had the capacity to win the coming polls.
He also advised the Party members to be careful in their dealings with former members who defected to the PDPwhile also lamenting that the defection of Governor Mimiko of Ondo state, saying it negatively impacted on the party.
