Kwara state PDP Governorship Aspirants Pledge to Keep Peace during Primary Election

The governorship aspirants of the Peoples Democratic Party in Kwara state have signed an agreement to support whoever turns  out to be the winner of Saturday’s governorship primary in the state.

The aspirants released a copy of the agreement on Tuesday in Ilorin, with the Publicity Committee Chairman of state chapter of the PDP, Chief Rex Olawoye, confirming the meeting which took place on November 24.

He revealed that the aspirants pledged to work together for a peaceful primary election and also pledged their loyalty to the party and whoever emerged as winner of the governorship primary election.

The aspirants who signed the agreement were Sen. Simon Ajibola, Sen. Suleiman Ajadi, Sen. Gbemisola Saraki, Mr John Dara, Kale Belgore, Sunday Babalola, Alhaji Jani Ibrahim, Prof. Shuaib Abdulraheem, Mr Bio Ibrahim, Alhaji Abdulrahman Abdulrasaq, Mallam Sanusi Abdullahi, and Akeem Lawal.
