Jennifer Lawrence to Star in “Dumb and Dumber”
Hunger Games Actress, Jennifer Lawrence has reportedly filmed a cameo for the sequel of “Dumb and Dumber”.
The comedy whose cast is headed by Jeff Daniels and Jim Carrey will have Lawrence playing a younger version of Kathleen Turner’s character, Fraida Felcher. Her part only took a day to film.
The sequel finds Lloyd (Carrey) and Harry (Daniels) embarking on a road trip to find Harry’s long-lost daughter. It is also directed by Peter and Bobby Farrelly, who have confirmed that some of the previous cast will be returning to feature in the sequel.
The Oscar-winning actress Lawrence is in the midst of an increasingly busy film slate. She has multiple movies set to debut this year, including “American Hustle” and the second “Hunger Games” installment, and next year will bring “Mockingjay” and a new “X-Men” release. She was also take on the role of Cathy Ames in the newly announced two-part adaptation of John Steinbeck’s “East of Eden.”
