INEC issues Kaduna state Lawmakers-elect Certificates of Return
The Independent National Electoral Commission in Kaduna state, on Wednesday, presented 33 members-elect of the State House of Assembly with their certificates of return.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner in the state, Alhaji Hussaini Mahuta, during the ceremony, advised the lawmakers-elect to ensure they fulfil the promises they made to their people during their campaigns and also to avoid abuse of the law and power.
The members who received the certificate are Yusuf Zailani, Igabi West; Mohammed Bello, Igabi East; John Kwaturu, Kachia; Hassan Abdulkadir, Soba South; Sagir Zubairu, Maigana and Bako Obadiah, Jaba; Aliyu Abdullahi, Giwa West; Mohammed Rilwanu, Giwa East; Salisu Isa, Magajin Gari; Yahaya Musa, Kakangi and Markus Yari, Chukun.
Also presented with certificates were Abdulwahab Idris, Ikara; Junaidu Yakubu, Kudan; Kasim Iliyasu, Zaria city; Isaac Zankhai, Chawai/Kauru; Ahmed Mohammed, Zaria Kewaye; Aminu Shagali, Sabon Gari; Bello Gimi, Makarfi; Bityong Nkom, Kaura; Labari Shelly, Jema’a; Tanko Ubankato, Kajuru; Mohammed Hashimu, Kubau.
Other legislators-elect that got the certificates are Kantiok Ishaku, Zonkwa; Danladi Kwasu, Zango; Yusuf Dahiru, Makera; Ibrahim Ismail,Tudun Wada; Nasir Abdullahi, Unguwan Sanusi; Idris Abdullahi, Lere East; Muhammad Ibrahim, Lere West; Nuhu Machu, Kagarko; Muktari Hazo, Basawa; Haruna Inuwa, Doka/Gabasawa and Aliyu Abdulrahaman, Kawo.
