IGP Approves New Posting For DIGs

Nigeria’s Inspector-General of Police, Solomon Arase, in his bid to further reposition Nigeria Police for more efficiency has approved the posting of very Senior Police Officers.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Force spokesman, Commissioner of Police, Emmanuel C. S. Ojukwu in Abuja on Monday.
The new postings are as follow:
DIG Dan’Azumi Job Doma is now DIG in-charge of Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), FHQ Abuja.
DIG Kakwe Christopher Katso, NPM, DIG in-charge of Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigations Department (FCIID), Abuja.
DIG Chintua Amajor-Onu, now DIG in-charge of Department of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), FHQ Abuja.
DIG Jubril Olawale Adeniji, becomes DIG in-charge of Department of Research and Planning, FHQ Abuja.
DIG in-charge of Department of Logistics and Supply, FHQ Abuja; DIG Saliu Argungu Hashimu, in-charge of Department of Training and Development, FHQ Abuja; DIG Sotonye Leroy Wakama, NPM, in-charge of Department of Operations, FHQ Abuja and DIG Mamman Ibrahim Tsafe still maintain their duty posts.
The posting, the statement reads is with immediate effect.
