Governor Wike appoints New SSG, Chief of Staff
Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike, has appointed Kenneth Kobani, as the Secretary to the State Government.
Kobani was a Minister of State for Trade and Investment of the federation during former President Goodluck Jonathan’s tenure and also a former Commissioner for Finance in the state, who served in cabinet for about three months.
Governor Wike also appointed Emeka Woke, a former local government chairman as the Chief of Staff while Opunabo Inko-Tariah, will be the new Special Adviser on Media and Publicity.
Dr. A. J. Beredugo was also appointed as Senior Special Assistant on Research and Documentation; Gilbert Nria and Imeh Fubara, as Senior Special Assistants, office of the Deputy Governor.
