Golden Eaglets Are through to U-17 World Cup Finals
The Golden Eaglets have succeeded in getting to the last stage of the ongoing U-17 World Cup in Abu Dhabi as they beat Sweden 3-0 in the Semi-finals play.
The Eaglets were placed 1 goal ahead by Taiwo Awoniyi in the 21st minute and 2 goals were added in the 80th and 81st minutes by Samuel Okon and Chidera Ezeh respectively.
The Eaglets are the only unbeaten team in the tournament and have the most goals with 23 goals so far.
The Eaglets will now face Mexico whom they beat 6-1 earlier in the group stage. The Final match will be played on November 8 at 16:40.
