Gbajabiamila emerges Leader, House of Reps

Crisis rocking the ruling party, All Progressives Party, APC, appears over as House of Reps leadership names Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila on Tuesday afternoon as the leader of the House, while Rep. Alhassan Dogowa emerged as the Chief Whip.
Rt. Hon. Speaker, Yakubu Dogara who announced this at the end of Tuesday plenary session also named Hon. Baba Jibrin as Deputy Leader and Hon. Pally Iriase as the Deputy Chief Whip.
Hon. Leo Ogor was announced as Minority. Leader, while Hon. Chukwuma Onyema emerged as the Deputy Minority Leader.
Other officers announced are; Hon. Binta Bello as Deputy Minority Whip and Yakubu Umaru, Minority Whip.
