Gani Adams wants President Buhari to shun Bad Advisers
The National Leader of the Odua People’s Congress, Gani Adams has advised President Muhammadu Buhari to be wary of members of the All Progressives Congress and bad advisers as they could influence his government negatively.
In an interview with a tabloid on Saturday, Adams said that the President should avoid repeating the mistakes of former President, Goodluck Jonathan, and prove that he is worthy of the trust placed in him by Nigerians.
He said: “The former President Jonathan was surrounded by bad advisers who made him lose credibility. Buhari must not appoint ministers that he wouldn’t be able to control. The people in his cabinet should be accountable.”
He also urged the president to focus his attention on “unstable policy, epileptic power outage, corruption, improper planning, high cost of governance” and ensures change in those areas.
