FBI Searches for Serial Bank Robber

Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI, is asking for the public’s help in identifying a serial bank robber who has robbed seven banks in Connecticut in the last month. 

According to FBI report, the most recent robbery was at the TD Bank, Route 81 in Killingworth on September 11. 

Investigators say he is suspected in robberies at Webster Bank, Highland Avenue, Cheshire on August 12; the TD Bank, Farmington Avenue, Berlin on August 13; Liberty Bank, Main Street, Deep River on August 17; TD Bank, Wells Road Wethersfield on August 31; Liberty Bank, Main Street, Durham on September 2; and Webster Bank Branch on Cromwell Avenue in Rocky Hill on September 9.

Witnesses describe the robber as a white male, about 30 to 40 years old, 5’9” to 6’0” tall, with a thin build.

During each of the bank robberies, the suspect has worn a baseball hat and is talking on the phone. 

The suspect has been seen with and without facial hair.
