Fayose lifts Dusk-to-Dawn Curfew in Ekiti state
Ekiti state Governor, Ayo Fayose on Sunday lifted the dusk-to-dawn curfew imposed on Ado-Ekiti in order to curb the spread of the civil unrest in the state.
Governor Fayose announced this in a broadcast and urged the people of the state to avoid activities that would cause further break down of law and order.
He said the curfew was lifted as it was evident that security agents had restored peace in the state.
He announced a N2 million price reward for anybody who could offer information about the individuals responsible for the recent surging kidnapping rates in the state.
