Explosions Rock Kano

Reports coming in from Kano state have it that multiple explosions and sporadic gunshots rocked Gayawa village, Ungogo Local Government area this morning.
The explosions are said to be the result of an invasion by military officers in search of suspected members of terrorist group, Boko Haram members allegedly residing in the area.
Reliable source told NigerianEcho that the explosions started at about 2am after some Imams (Muslim Clerics) reportedly gave the Joint Task Force (JTF) a tip off about some suspicious movement. The tip off by the Muslim Clerics led to the discovery of 3IED (explosives) which the JTF quickly detonated. The citizens may have taken the detonation of the explosives as an attack on them because people started running helter skelter Three suspects have also been arrested.
The number of casualties is yet to be confirmed, but reports said the insurgents suffered a heavy casualty figure.
