Enyimba win NPFL title for record seventh time

Enyimba Football Club of Aba on Sunday won Nigeria Professional Football League as a result of their goal less draw with Warri Wolves at Enyinmba International Stadium, Aba. This win is a record seventh league title for Enyimba and they have clinched it with a round of matches left. With the draw they had with Wolves, Enyinma now have 69 points, six clear of Warri Wolves, who is likely to finish the league as runner-up and thus qualify for next year’s CAF Champions League.
