DSS releases Ekiti lawmaker

The Ekiti Lawmaker who has been in detention at the Department of State Services was on Tuesday evening released and admitted at a private hospital in Abuja.
The Lawmaker who was very weak and could barely speak at the hospital kept repeating that “I am not well. I am sick. I am sick” .
According to him, he was treated for malaria at the DSS detention facility after he collapsed two times.
He said his release may not be connected with his deteriorating health situation, adding that he was not told by the DSS why he was held.
