Dele Aiyenugba Sure of Super Eagles’ AFCON Qualification
Nigerian Goalkeeper, Dele Aiyenugba has expressed his belief that Super Eagles will qualify for the 2015 African Cup of Nations in Morocco.
The African Champions are in Group A with South Africa, Sudan, and Rwanda for the qualifying rounds and will play their first game against Rwanda in Calabar on September 10 and the Bnei Yehuda goalkeeper says that the Eagles are in good form to qualify from the group.
The 30-year-old, in an interview, said he believes the Super Eagles just need to work hard as any opposition won’t be a walk-over for the 3-time African Champions.
“African countries always come extra prepared when they see Nigeria in their group and even when they lose against other countries they will still want to beat the Super Eagles but I know we have a decent chance to qualify as long as we keep working hard,” he said.
