Davido nominated for American Soul Train Awards
Nigerian superstar, David Adeleke aka Davido, has continued his award-winning run this year with a Soul Train Awards nomination.
Davido, who is the only African in the category, has been nominated in the ‘Best International Performance’ category for his hit song, ‘Aye’ at the American ‘Soul Train Awards. The awards are billed to hold on 7 November in Las Vegas.
Davido was earlier this year nominated for the MTV Europe music awards and UK’s Music of Black Origin (MOBO) awards. He has also won the BET African act award and Mtv Base African Music Awards.
He is nominated alongside Machel Montano (Ministry Of Road), Nico & Vinz (Am I Wrong), Sam Smith (Stay With Me), Shaggy feat. Ne-Yo (You Girl), Ziggy Marley (I Don’t’ Want To Live On Mars).
