Commissioner for works in Ekiti resigned

The Ekiti State Government has made known the resignation of the Commissioner for Works and Transportation, Mr Kayode Oso.
According to a press statement issued by the Secretary to the State Government, Dr Modupe Alade, Mr Oso resigned on health grounds.
Dr Alade stated in the statement, “Mr Kayode Oso has worked assiduously to add value to this administration going by his effort towards the development of our state.
“In his letter of resignation which has been fully accepted by his His Excellency, Mr Peter Ayodele Fayose, Oso stated that he decided to resign to attend to his health challenges”.
Kayode Oso started as chief of staff to the governor during Mr Fayose’s first tenure in the office and was again reappointed commissioner for works inOctober 16,2014.
The government of Ekiti State wish him quick recovery and promise to stand by him while he overcomes his health challenges.
