Buhari’s N27 million Presidential Nomination Form to be Funded by Support Group
The Bauchi State Chapter of the Buhari Campaign Organisation have pledged to buy presidential aspirant, General Muhammadu Buhari, a nomination form under the platform of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Coordinator of The Nigerian Solution Network Group,Dr Danjuma Dabo, disclosed during a rally conducted by the group that APC presidential aspirants are required to pay N27 million to qualify for primaries and that even if Buhari didn’t want to contest in the 2015 polls, the organisation would still fund both the campaign bills and purchase the nomination form for him.
Dabo said he thought the fee was too high and above Buhari’s financial capability but urged party supporters to contribute so that funds can be raised for Buhari.
Another speaker at the rally, Retired Capt. Bala Jibrin, said that if Buhari was elected, he would save the country and return her back to her Glory days; he also advised the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to avoid sabotage and conduct credible election in the coming year.
