BREAKING NEWS: Umaru Dikko is dead
Nigeria former minister of transportation during Alh. Sgagari’s regime between 1979 and 1983, Alhaji Umaru Dikko has reportedly died.
According to his son, Dr. Bello Dikko, the man who was nearly spirited away in a diplomatic container died early Tuesday in a London hospital.
