The APC governorship candidate election in Kogi, Prince Abubakar Audu is dead.

Audu, who is leading in the state election declared inconclusive by the INEC according to information died of Cardiac Arrest.

In the 21 local councils in the state, he had won 16 and was clearly ahead of the PDP opponent and incumbent, Idris Wada.

But INEC declared the election inconclusive, despite projections by the media that he had won.
