Blatter Offer Self For Another Term …..Canvasses For Managers To Challenge Referees Decision During Match

As FIFA held her congress yesterday in Sao Paolo amidst allegation of corruption against the football body, its president, Sepp Blatter presented himself for another time.
UEFA senior men has moved for resignation of Blatter in the last few days, likewise partners to the football ruling body who want thorough investigation of the 2022 bidding process.
After votes were made on many issues at the meeting, following decisions were taken by the football ruling body:
1. The congress vote against imposing maximum terms in office for all officials. 2. Vote against imposing age limit for serving Presidents.
The 78 years old President of FIFA who is serving his fourth term in office as President has served the football governing body as Technical Director from 1975 – 1981, Secretary under Joao Havelange 1981-1998, before he became President since 1998.
In his address, Sepp Blatter said, this is the time to reform our game and calls for Managers to be allowed to challenge referees decisions twice during a match.
Closing his address, he offered himself for another term if the congress votes him in for his fifth term as President of FIFA in election coming up next year.
