Bayern Munich wrapped up their 24th Bundesliga title on Tuesday with seven matches to spare thanks to a 3-1 win at Hertha Berlin with Goals from Toni Kroos, Mario Gotze as coach Pep Guardiola added the German league title to his already extensive list of honours.

The German capital seemed an ideal venue as Bayern looked to secure another championship on the road. Seven of Bayern’s last eight titles have been sealed on rival territory.

The German champions suffocated Berlin in the opening exchanges and the chaotic defending on the host’s part caused them some misery.

Just six minutes into the match, Bayern were in front. It was the 64th match in succession where Bayern have scored, matching the record held by Barcelona. Hertha’s consolation goal came through Adrian Ramos’ second-half penalty.
