Bayelsa United’s captain, Saloman Junior, has said that his team is determined to secure three points when they face Nembe City on Wednesday.

The 28-year-old Benin Republic defender said this on Sunday while talking to reporters after the team’s training session at the Samuel Ogbemudia stadium, saying:“We are ready for the game, no matter what. We are going to approach the game with all seriousness required to get the maximum three points to move up the table”.

Currently, the local rivals are both battling relegation as Bayelsa United sit on the 17th spot on the table with 30 points from 25 games while Nembe is at the bottom of the table with 24 points from 25 games.
