APC Governors meeting postponed
The proposed meeting of the APC governors billed for today -Monday evening at about 7:00 pm has been rescheduled to hold tomorrow.
The governors are expected to deliberate on dwindling oil revenues, which has led to the reduction of what each state gets from the federation account.
They also intend to discuss how to establish party structure across the nation. Reliable sources said the meeting will still hold in their newly-opened office at Asokoro district of Abuja where its director-general, Mr. Salihu Lukman and other members of staff have since assumed duty.
Sources say that the deliberation on party structure would be based on the report submitted to the governors by the national leadership of the party on how to have a hitch-free state working committee in all the states.
