Akala Set To Commission Campaign Office
The campaign office of a Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, gubernatorial aspirant in Oyo State, Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala, will open its operations office, on Saturday, 27th of September 2015.
The event which will hold at the operations office, Oyo Road, Uncle Joe Bus Stop, Mokola Ibadan by 10 am will attract members of the team as well as other volunteers and stakeholders in the campaign organisation.
In a release made available to news men in Ibadan, the Coordinator of the team Prince Niran Adeyoju said that the opening of the operations office is to make clear that Team Akala is ready to work hard to spread the message of hope and the incoming of government with human face that Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala represents.
“There is only one candidate who has consistently stood by his principles in PDP and held to his oath while was the Executive Governor of the state, Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala is the right candidate that can restore Oyo State back to its pacesetting state come 2015’’ the statement reads.
“Activities will include the official office opening and a meet and greet with staff and volunteers. Coordinator of the team will give a formal speech and then greet volunteers. The chairman board of trustees, Dr Kola Balogun will speak briefly as well. The team will have promotional materials and yard signs available for supporters.
