Adekoya Condoles with families of deceased OOU Students

A member of House of Representatives, representing the Ijebu North/Ijebu East/Ogun Waterside Federal Constituency has conveyed his condolence messages to the families of ten students of Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye who lost their lives in a motor accident  on Friday.

Hon. Aremo Adesegun Adekoya described the unfortunate accident which claimed the lives of the students along the Sagamu-Benin expressway as a very sad news.

The HoR member popularly known as Attacker in a statement signed by his Personal Assistant, Comrade Rufai Uthman, lamented that given the level of investment the parents of the deceased students had put into the education of these future leaders, a clearly avoidable accident occasioned by reckless driving had caused such a huge and irreparable loss.

Adekoya commiserates with the bereaved families, the entire OOU community and prays that God would strengthens all those directly and indirectly connected to the victims with the fortitude to bear the great loss.

‎The ten OOU students died as a result of an head-on-collision between a truck and a Mazda bus conveying the students from Ijebu to Lagos.

‎According to report, the crash occurred when a truck with registration number Lagos, BDG 779 XE, drove against the traffic and rammed into oncoming Mazda bus with registration number, XV 311 MUS, killing all its occupants.
