Adamawa Impeachment Saga: Soldiers Take Over Chief Justice’s House
As the impeachment on Governor Murtala Nyako and his deputy, Bala Ngilari thickens, armed Soldiers have reportedly taken over the residence of the Acting Chief Judge of the state, Justice Ambrose Mammadi.
The Acting Chief Judge residence at Masakare in Jimeta according to information is being guarded by armed soldiers thus restricting people and the judge movement with watch of who goes to the street and comes out.
It was further said that the seven man investigation panel the plotters of the governor and his deputy want constituted have been actually selected and sent to the Acting Chief Judge by the House of Assembly for ratification and announcement and that, the list has names of five christians and two muslims.
